Aligning front bumper and arch skirts

The front bumper is not as lined up as some of the others I see where the corners meet the arches. Is there a trick to this? Or a bracket problem?

Also one of the arch skirts is not quite flush along end of the arch. Is this a case of refitting?

Have you had the bumpers/skirts off the car? or has the brackets been repaired or replaced as they could be a slightly different shape or distrance causing the spaces.

There is some adjustment to be had too. It might just be a case of messing with it to get it to sit straight.
