I'm assuming it's just a straight vac pipe to the rear of the cluster for this to work again?

I think the original feed was used for the aftermarket gauge.

Drivers mate with the speedo cable

As above ..

There is a plastic connector on the bulkhead, if it's there but unconnected then run some vac hose to carb top and should be sorted :agree:
