bad earth maybe

right took car for mot today and put hazardes on with lights and back lights was flashing with hazards on ? also break lights worked intermittent I think break lights worked when lights was off... im abit puzzled as to whats what here can anyone help me out ?

Have you taken the rear light out and looked at the loom? Some of your wires could have become weak and broken...

Also there is an earth off of this loom that bolts to the body, look at this as well, you cant miss it.

ive took the back lights out and the wires to the plugs looked ok
I dint see any other wires you say has anyone got any pics or anything ?

Fiat puntos are reknowned for this problem (Mine used to do it) cleaning the contacts on the light and the plug normally used to sort it. Or as others have said check your earths.
