I am not 100% sure but I think they attach from the bottom of the bumper by each fog light to the metal frame behind.

Can anyone confirm or shoot me down and give a definitive answer?:p

Can't see what your looking at in the link but I have a pretty good idea what part you mean. They do go roughly where Laim said, mainly to hold the bumper at the correct angle so not sagging etc, does bolt between the bumper and the subframe, there is a hole on each outter side of the sub frame for them to screw to. :agree:

They are welded on to the inner arches, you bolt through these onto the bumper to hold it in place on each side.
