7/7/14 Anglesey Track Day

Hi guys. Anyone up for a track day at the venue above? I've already booked it and the price is £169. This might increase if you leave it late.

Check out http://www.javelintrackdays.co.uk for further info. It seems to be filling up quite quickly so don't dilly dally! I'm thinking a bit of an RTOC campout with a BBQ and a few beers the night before? ;)

I was there this weekend just gone and such a great track!

Long drive with trailer but worth it, enjoy guys!

That's good to know Duncan :agree: unfortunately it looks like I'll be the only RTOC member there but it'll be fun anyway!

Well not the best turnout from RTOC but a very good tome had anyway! :D some really quick cars on track and all very well driven (for a change) The Anglesey track is brilliant and the views are amazing. Heres a few pics of the day

No way. My mate is a VX220 owners club member and he and some others were at this track day in their rapid VXR's. He sent me a pic of your car on Whatsapp Alex :)

He then sent me this YT vid with you being eaten up on track and joking that it was me! :cry: :laugh:

His car is about 260bhp but very very quick.

I was talking to a guy actually who said his mate was into GTT's and asked if he could take a picture. It might have been your pal. There was a lot of VXR's there and they were all mighty quick. I think l may have been the slowest car there! :laugh:

Yeah, that will be him, or my other mate who was with him. One was a tall slim lad with short dark hair (the owner of a red VXR), the other was short, tubby and balding (the owner of a rapid Mazda 6 MPS).

To be fair Alex, I can see you pull away off that corner for a couple of seconds before letting off and allowing him past. :D
