I was having a look through Mikes website seeing what I need to purchase and I came across this...

Is that price correct??? Surely not??

Look under brackets and straps. The accelerator pedal rubber is listed at £135.50?!!:eek:

Yes crazy price I posted a month or so ago to give people the heads up re the price increase. Just checked and the price is still correct. :cry:

I do have loads of good second hand ones. :agree:

It listed as plastic. So I'm guessing non grippy rubber? :confused: Anyone bought one to confirm or is this about to be sold out now been pointed out. :laugh:

And those ones on eBay look very plastic like and not rubber. Which is a shame :sad:

The accelerator one on the Renault is plastic, only the clutch and brake are made of rubber. Only difference I can see is that its the wrong shape on the eBay link

Where is the difference in shape between Shackal's on Ebay and OE? It looks correct to me??

I think the OE one is more angled left to right as opposed to being dead straight, if that makes any sense!

Whilst I was down the garage digging out parts today I grabbed my pedal cover off and it is in fact plastic. :scared:

having a laugh about this in my local renault last week when getting a new bolt for the oil filter and it came to 90p with the vat. there system still had the pedal covers listed at £6 as that price had not been updated on there system. he had the shock of his life when he checked on his other system and it came out £137 :laugh:

they run the old system alongside the new as it helps them locate parts for the older cars. very helpful most of the time even if i just wanted a screen shot always willing to print one off.
