Wrong item sent by Ebay shop :-)

Well I get home to an earful off the Mrs because she thinks I've been spending more money on my car :crap:
I actually ordered a pack of metal zip ties and paid £1.99 ish and got this instead :D .
However still no zip ties :crap:.

should I tell the seller ? (a large jap car accessory shop) .
Its an intercooler with the fitting kit ,a few shiny pipes , some connecting silicone ,bolts, hose clamps etc ? ill have to look through listings to figure out what car its for.

What's it rated at psi/bhp and the I/C overall size? Maybe steal it off you, don't need the pipes. :D
