Turbo heat shield change

How hard is it to change manifold heat shield? My is all broken and was thinking of buying new...

The little manifold heat sheild or the turbo/manifold heat sheild? If you mean the original turbo/manifold heat sheild it's a little fiddly from what I remember but not exactly impossible. Theres a few hidden bolts to undo around the exhaust manifold area. :)

Original turbo heatshield or phase 1 built in manifold heatshield?

Only a few bolts for any of the gtt heatshields. All fairly easy to change
