Tial f38 wastegate

Whilst the engine is apart anyway i'm considering changing to t3 turbocharger so need a wastegate.

Anyone have one? Preferably a tial f38 wastegate.

Yes mate, I have my red tial f38, perfect working order, just not big enough for what I needed anymore :)

Do you need any 38mm stainless pipe work too?

Not anymore, stepping up to a 44mm gate stop all creep issues :)

Hahahah, i'm considering going tubular and full gt30, i think with proper manifold setup 38 should be good enough but not sure :confused:

With a proper tubular yeah a 38mm will be enough, the only reason it wasn't for me is because my wastegate take off is actually part of the exhaust housing, don't ask me to explain how that's any different for flow to a manifold take off.
I spoke to tial to find out what they recommended to eliminate the creep, they said go to a 40mm gate, I just found a 44mm gate for less than a 40mm job from tial.

I take it you've had a good nose around eBay? There's some brilliant deals on the 38mm gate on there.

Always nose around ebay mate, however all the mvs 38mm's are knock offs
