oil leak

Hi Guys, got my engine fired up yesterday after it lying in bits for 3 years. I have a small oil leak where the oil cooler pipes go into the sandwich plate should there be sealing washers there ?

Hi the pipe ends are flared you could put some ptfe tape around the threads of nuts on the pipe then screw them in .
