Steering joint from CGB is too big?

I received an order from CGB this week and was happy with everything but the steering universal joint holes are too big I think it must need an m9 bolt? Have they sent me the wrong part or where a can I buy bigger bolts?

I think there are two different types. Looks like you have been sent the wrong one.
