Unable to log on as a full member on laptop

Hello there I wondered if someone could help me please. When I log on through my phone, I have full access to everything, I renewed my membership last month.

When I log on through my laptop it says that I am not a full member and I don't have access to anything.

I have the PayPal details of the money being taken from my account.

Please help

Try clearing internet history and/or cookies via your web browsers settings. :agree:

I have a silly problem. My original account name the first time i was a member was Shane P. My membership ran out, i left it for a year, tried to reactivate it but couldnt get it to work.

So i made a new one with the account name ShaneP. And now my old one is working again for some reason.], accidentally logged onto it and discovered this.

My old one has all my original posts and information, my new one has nothing on it but is paid for.

So could someone either transfer my new paid membership back to my old original user account which has my post count and information on it, or delete my old one leaving me with just my new paid for one please ?

Does that make sense ?

Done. I've reactivated your old account and deleted your new one altogether. :)
