Could be the sensor on the water pump at fault

I took mine out to do a bulb and i think ive broke something my headlight sign on dash doesnt come on. And when i inidicate the rev start jumping up and down. The only thing i noticed was the plastic bit the 3 plugs go over is missing on the first clip nearest to the centre of the car. Will i need a whole new instrument cluster or can this be fixed...ie can i just buy the plastic bit.

Also when i indicate right the flasher flashes on the left on the dash and vice versa they work the right sides outaide the car. Just a bit of a weird one.
