hi has anyone got a standard piston they dont want/need. i only need one

I just binned 8 of them.All pistons must be the same so should you not put a new set in mate while you have it in bits?

the resoning behind this is the 3 i have have been machined down so the odd one will to. so as far as i know will be fine.
marky mark ill have one if thats ok?

Mixing pistons is not good practise but sometimes budget means you have to.That said you must always have to run new piston rings and hone the bores.:)

is it not ok if the are balanced and machined rite? surly all standard pistons are made to the same spec? i understand the compound of the metals are never exactly the same. but if ur going to change them anyway it wont matter.
the three i have have been skimmed down so if i do the same to this one it will be ok?

I got 3 pistons on rods still, will let them go for £20
