I've bought this one

http://www.yoyopart.com/oem/7790648/intermotor-53280.html

And they cross ref ok with the same switch temp of 125. (125 deg C for max deflection on the gauge)

Just recieved some, seem decent quality for the money.
Just the lenses not the bulb holder as shown on the website.

Not offered them against my originals yet though.

I didnt realise they came in pairs so i went and ordered 2 like a dope. Oh well you can never have too many spares. :laugh:

Yeah it seems a little baggy if anything I'll have a go at trimming it if it looks dodgy.

Dale was referring to a pair that I bought. As said, it seems some trimming might be required. I've not have a play as yet. The fronts aren't too bad, but they have plastic 'whiskers' :D

These should be ok though.

Looks like the current owner is fed up with it and tbh it never seemed like Mark ever had it running exactly right either. The time money and effort spent on this car over the last 10yrs and yet here is an advert where breaking the car is being considered. I think it's just one of 'those' cars :(

FlashbangGtt

It's those fking vnt's, everyone that's had one claims they're awesome but the 18months of threads that follows why they try and set them up just says avoid..

He doesn't have a clue, should have taken the vnt off and just had a normal turbo.. He may have had be car running some nice normal power.. MB might have enjoyed taking the engine out every month to fix split liners, blown gaskets, but that new guy clearly hasn't got a clue..

Wrong car, wrong owner..

He should just break it..

It sounds mad on over run in the vids.

Anyone need rivets for the side skirt clips ?. Only 1 set of ten rivets available but cheaper than the usual sources. Perhaps if someone has a contact at Peugeot we could find out the Peugeot part number. We may be able to get them cheaper than Renault and have them in the shop to go along with the side skirt clips ?.

EDIT - Looks like the Pug part number is 874220.

EDIT 2 - After a bit of googling I have just enquired about a bulk quantity of these Peugeot rivets. If the price is favourable I will let Ian and Dale know all the details.

* - FORD TAUNUS / CORTINA -

* - CITROEN 7703072177 (CITROEN AX, CX CITROEN, ... CITROEN C 15 foci trims citroen c 15 for example) -

Although they look decent, if it were me I would save my money and put it toward one of the 2.5' ones being fabricated by matty currently.

But then I suppose it depends what your after I guess. If its for a std car and just to tidy things up then it would probably be worth it, but if your looking for any performance gain then I wouldn't bother.

Agreed. This might be a good replacement for the standard item and looks to include a lambda port. If it's quality is sound then for that price it's excellent.

New rear quarter panel. Could be useful for someone, although its not a GT Turbo one as the arch is the wrong shape. currently 99p and no bids so someone could get a good deal.

I've been thinking the same thing Bigfoot. I was looking at it last night and my wife told me to buy it, but I was thinking I don't need it so I didn't bother. I woke up in the morning regretting not buying it. What a bargain a.

Lots of items but a lot of scrap, good price for the items but its the space to put it all and sort out. With the way prices are going I can see in there that you could get the £1k back quite quickly selling the items but would it be worth the hassle doing all that work splitting it up and posting. If restoring, I would look at the bits you need rather than going this route as will be more hassle in long run.
