Posting/sending bare engine block

Anyone ever posted a bare engine block before? Talking about a C1J block here and parcel2go quotes are coming in at £13.75+VAT which seems cheap, some of the drivers would struggle to lift it!

Just wondering how to 'package' it, cover gasket faces and wrap in a bin liner??

When i bought a block from a member on here, the block was tied down, upright on top of a tyre which was itself tied onto a small pallet. The driver was able to wheel the parcel about on his pallet truck with no difficulty at all.
