whats the best way to get the air jet out it seems quite tight and a bit of it has broke away where you put screwdriver in the groove ?

You need to use a Screwdriver that fills the flat gap snuggly. The flat needs to be narrow enough to fit in the recess, but thick enough to fill the flat gap. I used an Insulated Electrical Screwdriver as it has these very properties.

Once you have the right tool for the job, you need to get some WD40 in there and leave it for a bit to penetrate, then using firm pressure to locate the flat of the Screwdriver and start to apply a twisting force (torque) to the screwdriver, but (this is the important bit) don't keep building the torque until something breaks. Think about the size of the thread (small) the the type of material (soft). If it doesn't start to turn with a moderate amount of force, back off and get some more WD40 in there.

Easier said than done. ;)
