Why doesn't my account work in the club shop

As above, i tried to login the clubshop but it says my account is not valid??

I believe it's a seperate login to the club mate, you need to register on the shop as well.

The homepage said login in with you Rtoc account so that's why i asked.

Yes it's beencreated but i won't order untill the tickets for fcs are online :)
