rear seatbelts keep locking on

Hi all
the rear seat belts keep locking on
like there not bolted in the right position
they look fine tho
from what I can remember
Not sure if the rear seatbelts had thick washes before the bolts
there's no washes on these ones
I no I've seen the washes on something might be the fronts
anyone no?
any pictures?
