Was looking at it on ebay. Was very tempted but it needed alot of welding and bodywork if i remember. Still should be fun with the valver lump;)

Yh it needs 2 outer sills an 1 inner but im in no rush 2 get her right lol its mainly cosmetics

yh will b an interesting project.only prob i got atm is finding insurance :( as soon as i mention 1.8 16v no1 will insure it!!!! Hellllppppp

Have you tried a company called Adrian flux? A Lot of guys on here are insured through them with mods but obviously it's still dependant on your age, points, and convictions etc....

They offer very competitive quotes, but that's as far as it goes!

My experience was about 15 years ago, so it's long gone now. I know that others on here have had more recent problems than me. A search of the boards may reveal something.

I'm with Adrian flux also, I guess your never going to know how good they are untill you have an accident. I'm hoping my 500miles a year will give me good odds against having one :D hope I haven't jinxed myself :scared:
