"Restricted Member" Status

Now that I'm a "restricted member" of this club (that I've just paid £15 for a years access to), can a Committee Member please explain the reasoning why my access to all of the features mentioned below have been removed:

For reasons stated in the other thread, you are now a "restricted member" which means you have limited access to the site.

The other alternate would have been a ban but we decided against that option.
