The guy is gonna put new tops on them too so will bolt rite on my car.He says they are Koni shocks with apex 60mm springs. Will they work ok both together? I have some spax springs from my spax krypton gas shocks which where a mess so could maybe use them.

The car will be used on track a few times a year but Im a rookie and on a budget so just wanting some suspension to get the car moving again and that will make it handle half de ent.

Thanks, Luke

£360 new in club shop. It's not a bad price for used I guess as long as they work.

Thats an ok price. New are about £400 (£350 on RTOC I think ) but thats without springs. You can get them cheap but if they have top mounts fitted, thats nearl £60/80 right there.

Don't know if this will interest you but I'll be taking a full set of AVO GTZ's of my car late Feb/early March before my season starts. They've only done 10 events last year and 150 road miles. I'll be looking for £300, they're around £500 from Demon Tweeks - let me know if you're interested.

I might take you up on that offer as it says you can only lower 35mm on the konis or it could be dangerous according to the rtoc shop info

I'll give u a buzz when they are off then. If you are sorted they'll go up for grabs on here anyway.
I drove to scoffs and back last year and wasn't even on softest setting, still got all my fillings.130 miles ish

Don't koni advise nothing more than -30mm springs, sure I read a thread on here?

Think maximum drop you can go is 35-40mm as lower will invailidate the warranty, however this probably only applies to new units :coffee:
