Club Calendar

2014 calendar. Tenner each for desktop or slim-hanging format plus a quid or two P&P. A4 hanging format now preferred due to cropping issuesWe make/choose pictures here in this thread, cover and 12 months. Once thats done, you paypal the money to me, i'll order em all, send them back to you.

I only order what I have had the £ for, thus protecting me from financial detriment.
No need to involve any of those poor overworked committee, i'll administer it.
Anyone with mad photoshop skillz might like to design a cover with the club logo included, if thats allowed. Lets try and keep the images seasonal if possible?

I will update images to this top post (if the idea takes off), 2 initial suggestions below. High quality images preferred, can be emailed after the fact if hosted images are too small.

Rejigged, changed out some pics, changed cover, rehosted for ease. Samples now added, note that we have to use an A4 format as the damn cropping is terrible on the desktop calendar version and chops half the cars off!

Note: Prices based on that funkypigeon.com site, if anyone knows anywhere better feel free to suggest, but the UI for making the calender is very good and it's a reputable site.

Very good idea ( only cause I'm one ; )
But seriously this is a good idea and might help the game take off as you will get in the calendar if you win , but if we have more than 12 winners we put it to the club vote.

Mind you looking at my pic it might not be good enough quality but please let me know, I'll buy the calendar regardless.:agree:

It's by us, for us, so we can all decide what goes in....for example I'm sure you would agree that it shouldn't all be fives, so I expect maybe an R26R (Bond?) and a 9 (Mr Brandrick?) and so on...possibly....but then as I said it's all up to our communal choice.

I have used Vistaprint before, they spammed me with emails every single day thereafter lol :) I went with the funkypigeon one cos the choice was good, the UI was easy and they take paypal....and i've already created it I just have to enter the number I want and pay. However if consensus is for the lower cost, i'll change over it'll just take a bit longer to process/redo etc (I was filling in some quiet time at work over the xmas break lol)

Dales always busy sourcing parts, and the club shop has improved (stock wise) since he's been in charge. Maybe drop him a pm, he's a good bloke. I'm sure he'd be keen on them for the club shop- trouble is that they only sell in January or December months lol

Don't read all posts, though spend enough time on here, as you are already doing it direct with yourself, there would be no point with shop getting involved in this. Will only be worthwhile if getting delivered direct to mine and sorting it out for everyone. The people who don't see this post will be few who are interested in a calendar, plus more people will already have a calendar for themselves. Though for next year the club will look at getting these made before Christmas.
