Hi Phil. Always good to hear from a long time member :agree: I also remember everything you mentioned there, funny how times change isn't it! I personally think the actual core of the club is as strong as ever, it's just the odd few people tarnish it slightly for some. You must remember as we're all getting older we also get that little bit more grumpy! :D

I feel the need to pay £15 every year to give back for all the money and time ikle Renault 5's have taken off me over the years :laugh: and setting me up to spend even more on VX220's :scared:

The positive and supportive vibe on the boards atm is just a bonus :cooter: lol

Far too many good times through this club and some of my best friends (sad I know :wasntme:)

I really regret falling away from the scene in the mid to late 90's and through the noughties. I was a member of the very old GTT club, and I wonder how many memories I would have made over two decades if I hadn't moved on :rolleyes:

Yes the club is going through a quiet patch, but I'm sure it will pick up again, or maybe it won't but for the times and memories, advice and fun it has given me over the years is definitely worth £15!

I said the same about the 21toc and now all we have is brushwood blowing about LOL. But yes, still worth £15 if only for providing some mild entertainment on quiet days at work lol
