Whats wrong with the heater? Fan not working? Not blowing hot? Only works on one setting?
Has somebody bypassed the heater matrix?
You not talking about the cold air coming through the centre vents?

Ok, does new heater box have abrand new heater matrix inside? defo worth putting a new one in whilst its all out ;)
So is the fan actually working or not, on any of the switch settings?? Have you pulled the fan and tested it??
Resistor aside, could just be a failed fan motor (easy to replace, not a dash out job), wiring fault, blown fuse etc.

:agree:
As said, pull the fan out first and test. Dash out is not as scary as it sounds, and remove with loom attached, it's about a 5hr job.
