So after my obsession with Borbet A's came to an end due to not finding a set to fit, i have since found new wheels that i need in my life. its the 3sdm 0.05's.
they have them in 4x100 but only in 8J or 9J and et10 to et25.
i am not too clued up with what wheel sizes we can get away with on the r5 but hopefully someone here will come and give me the good news :agree:

Saw these on an Astra VXR the other day. They are quite something.

They are loud and at 16x8J (the smallest they do) on a GTT, it could look too much.

what is the normal width on a gtt that doesnt have fitment issues? 6.5 or something?
im away to curl up into a ball, not coming out till x-mas

It depends on the rim height, the offset and how much the car is lowered and indeed tyre size.

Anything is possible. How much effort and cost would it be to get these rims to fit and would it look any good once you'd got them on, that's the question.

i too have looked at these wheels for my Touran, but i then realised i couldnt afford the grand i needed to spend on wheels, tyres and suspension, to get it looking good.

5.5 is standard
you'll get 7's on there depending on the offset.

you'll get 7J's on there depending on the offset.

...and tyre size and rim height. You wont get 7J rims with the right offset on a GTT if they are 225/45/18 (for example).

Williams alloys are 7J. 195/45/15 tyres. Not sure of the offset. They go on fine. That might be a world away from these 3SDM's at 8Jx16 et25 though.

There are some on here who have gone for that Euro look. With super wide rims and a crazy offset but they were always 13" in height or similar and stuck out of the arches, blurgh.

Williams alloys are about 35/36 offset.

I wonder if the ET25 8j's would go on with 195/40r16's (£77/corner for toyo's). It'd look proper euro like the dub boys do them (skinny tyres on wide rims), the guy i got my williams wheels off had 175's on there :scared:.
Where there's a will there's a way.

They might. :agree:

What will it look like though, and will it have to be on standard suspension heights? It could look horrible as well as costing a packet, lol.
