can anyone shed any light as to my next problem went out for a run today all seemed fine untill i got home just pulled up and noticed the temp guage on 3rd mark and ran fan did not kick it as it should normaly at just over the 2nd mark could this be serious or just another glitch ?? oh ive just put new antifreeze in also for the winter...

Bridge connections on rad fan switch, see it if comes on. if it does... then it's either the switch itself is faulty, or you're not flowing hot water through the radiator (low coolant, blockage, etc).
Check the coolant level, bleed any excess air out, check the thermostat inside the top rad hose opens and that your water pump is flowing water back to the expansion tank.

i took the top hose off the header take when i bled it and it only seemed to trickle out abit on tick over could that be the prob ?

Thats normal. I'd make sure the system is topped up and re-bleed it via the 2 bleed screws. You can check the switched as mentioned above. :)
