Refund from classified sale

Hi guys not looking to cause an issue but I bought a lobster top from the classifieds on here over two months ago now. The item never arrived so I pursued a refund which the seller said they would do. I have been chasing the refund for about a month now with all the messages still in my inbox with promises of a refund but to no avail. It's only 35 quid but then it's 35 quid that someone has got from me for free. If admin would like to pm me I am happy to give details as the member is still active on here. All I want is the issue resolved and a refund processed and put into my bank for an item I never recieved.

Did you pay by PayPal? Did you pay as a gift? Can you claim through PayPal? Seller doesn't have a proof of delivery so you'll probably win it.

PM me the details of the seller in case it's a regular offender that we're considering a ban of classifieds use.
