oil spec for 18 turbo

hi guys,

Looking to do an oil and filter change, the viscosity i think is in the book as 15/40 but should that be mineral oil? or semi-synthetic? im not sure they doen semi back then?

use semi or fully synth- all the gtt guys do.

I've never heard anyone ask this quyuestion about an 18T before :D I don't know the answer but if it was me I'd be putting something like 10W 40 semi in it. I'm sure that'll work fine.

The catalogue does say to use Mineral 15-40, but as said I am sure semi synth will be fine for it.

I would use 5w50 fully synth.
