11 Turbo Rear Brakes Type

I have a phase 1 '86 11 turbo which has rear drum brakes. How can you tell without stripping them out if it has Bendix or Girling brakes? I know the 5's have Bendix/Girling calipers however this is more obvious as you can see the difference. Cheers :)

Sorry to say you have to strip and look.
you can get both types in the same drum diameter so you can't always tell that way either...

Cheers Paul, - thought id ask! lol Probably best to strip both sides, check linings/ cylinders etc and replace anything that needs doing and hopefully source parts :scared:
