Hi guys, what's the most boost I can run safe on a std size cooler.

Id say about 15/16 psi with fuelling adjusted to match :)

I was hoping I could get that. What sort of power do think I will get out of the engine, ported and polished head, 270 cam and T2/T25 turbo running at 15 psi boost.

That will be Flywheel, but will feel really quick.
