Inner sills?

Hi had mot today and the drivers inner and outer sill is rotten.
I know the outer sill is available on eBay, are the inner sills available as a panel? Or is it something that has to be made up from sheet?
Also does anyone know what I should expect to pay for somebody to do the work?
It has started rotting the floor a bit by the sill, not much but it has started.
I'm not in a position to buy a welder and have a go myself.

Any advice appreciated.

You can get genuine inner sills from Renault... I have ordered them on the past for members, but most people just use Ashy's sheet metal ones from here (believe mike at gtturbospares sells them do around £50 a set)...

If you want to replace the full panel buy 2 lengths of 1.2mm thick steel 160mm high X 2000mm long and fabricate the holes and notches into the steel which I am in the process of doing cost £26 for both sheets delivered.
