Clio rack

Fitting up my clio P/S rack and come across a problem,

Iv put all the rack on, just come to bolt the clio bottom
Half of column on and it seems too long????

They can be reduced in length, one part should slide inside the other with a bit of force.

Yeah found that out when gave it a good wack.. All
Sorted now just need more p/s fluid and its all done :D
