Bonnet hinges

Hi guys, if a gtturbo bonnet has no hinges attached how do you attach new ones?

I guess I'm asking how are the originally put on?

The bonnets dont have hinges attached.
The hinges are near the front slam panel on the car, the bonnet attaches to these.

The lugs that the bonnet attach to the car by the front grill on the bonnet. How are they attached to the bonnet
