can anyone tell me the carb settings for a t2 running around 15/16 psi
The 2nd stage will need to be drilled, you need to hook up an afr gauge

its been drilled to 1.2 shall i put all other jets back to stock ? ive got an afr
I would go back to standard main jet and air corrector, then if more fuel is needed drill the 2nd stage to 1.3

right carb back to stock apart from a 1.2 second stage too for a blast at 16psi and afs was 12.5 will this be ok to leave at this ?

For a standard engine at 15psi 12.5 on the afr's should be ok
yep, make sure you use 97ron for piece of mind.
12.5 will make more power than 12.0 or below.:agree:
I would probably put more fuel in for reliability.

would turning the boost down a tad sort this ? i thought a little lean wouldent be to bad and make that bit more power ?
Make the ac jet 1.1mm should richer it up without having to go larger on the 2nd stage

right ive put a 0.9 ac jet in and 2nd stage 1.2mm running 15psi and afrs are 11.6 is this a good afr setting ?

Sounds good. I assume thats at WOT ( wide open throttle ) and its no mega rich as you are accelerating ?
11.6 is safe as Johnny said

yes thats full chat in 4th gear 11.6

I would have thought the 0.9 a/c would have made a mess of the afrs at part throttle.Best way is as briggsy says.Take your 2nd stage out to 1.3 and put your a/c back to standard.

yh thats what i was gonna do drill out to 1.3mm 2nd stage but dint really wanna go to far with 2nd stage do you think drilling to 1.3 is a better option then ?
Make a 1mm ac jet and check it's still around 12's on boost then leave it be it'll be fine.

It all depends on your afrs mate but if you can fuel on boost just by opening up the 2nd stage then thats the right way to do it.
Always a compromise with the carb, I really wouldn't worry about 12.5 afr for that boost but that's just me. Once the boost gets higher then a small safety margin is better. The standard carb will fuel for 12/13psi all be it a little lean but still safe.
Best way is to leave everything else alone and up the second stage, as has been said, a/c jets and bigger mains will make it run rich at the wrong points. :disagree: if your running daft boost then there really isn't an option but to change the a/c. 11.6 is fairly rich and will be robbing power, if your after the safety then fine.
Assuming you run super unleaded this should be safety margin enough for 12.5 afr with 16psi boost with a t2 turbo.
I run a 1.00mm A/C and a 1.4mm 2nd stage. The AFR's are 12 flat @ 15psi :)

That ctm head of yours must be working well:agree:
