I'm thinking of changing my steering wheel for a better aftermarket one but do I have to change my boss as well. This is where I'm stumped, the pcd pitch circle diameter is about 78mm on my oe steering boss but all the steering wheels I've looked at come with a 70mm or 74mm pcd. I'm looking at buying a sparco snap off boss on eBay which comes with a oe renault boss, but I want to use my polished oe boss, so my next question is are all the renault 5 bosses 78mm pcd? Could anyone have a measure for me. Easy to do just measure from one bolt to the opposite one.
