Sun Strip?

What are peoples comments on windscreen Sun Strips?
Was thinking of trying a black one on my black 5........
Anyone got a Sun Strip with any pics?

They can look alright, and are well handy when its sunny, the light wont come through between the flaps.

Mine failed the MOT on the sunstrip I had. They told me to get smaller wiper blades or remove it. I removed it. :crap:

heres mine, im a part time window tinter, i used 20% film this way its not as dark as limo (5%) and does a perfect job, i also think it looks better as it looks more like a 'tint' rather than a complete light block (fitted on the inside obviously)

There abit dated now mate and personally don't suit anycar now.

I've had then before on my old cars (think my first 2 metro's) but i was young:D, MOT man hated them aswell as the old bill.

i want something subtle as i cant have sun visors in my car do to the roll cage bar any one got a subtle on just a gentle green
