Speedo pick up on JB5 gearbox

Im planning to bolt a JC5 on to my C1J, I understand the implications of the speedo pick up non compatibility to the R5.

Ive been told on good advice about using a JB3 pattern and hub, question is whats the step by step way of installing it and what parts are required?
