Mines the normal size with just side mounts, its fixed in one position

its what I heard or read, people talk a lot of bs so check before you buy..:)

I've got 2 normal ones in mine.
Both fixed solid with side mounts.
I found the drivers one too low, so had to weld in 2 new rails to raise it up 2" and at 6'2" I'm not exactly short.
