I was quoted at £95 with sureterm last year, went to try and renew with them and they wanted £220+ or something like that. Great that you got it that cheap with them, maybe realised how much business they were losing from people not renewing their classic cars.

Sureterm no longer insure classic cars. They have stopped it. I just called them to renew and that's what I was told. They said the use a company called Lancaster and that's my price.
I use Lancaster as well...just over £100 for a year on my 5 :)
Yep, I was told the same - Sureterm no longer want anything to do with it so my premium increased :crap: With Lancaster now.
Bookmarked for ref' come renewal time.
How you chaps keep getting such ridiculously cheap quotes, I don't know?! :(

Mega limited mileage (<1500) 2nd car, no frills at all policy, kept in a locked garage off-road etc etc.
I'm now paying about £175 per year.
Mine has just lapsed, it was £180 fully comp
I'm 31 no claims wasn't used as it was a classic policy,
1500 miles a year (if I'm lucky:laugh:)
Garaged
all mods declared and I mean all.
This was with Peter James Insurance.
To think when I first bought it my insurance was £1800 tpft........

New poster! (less than 10 posts)
I've always used Classic Line for both my cars and cost me £270 for the integrale and the 5 combined, although the 5 is on laid up insurance atm. That's for 5k miles a year in the integrale, valued at 20K and all mods declared. I thought that was pretty good.
I am an old git though :crap:
