Price for the shelves will be £225 (for RTOC members) £250 (for non RTOC members) they will be supplied without the OE grills or speakers fitted (new OE grills are available from mike) they will be made to order to suit the size of speaker required, the most suitable size for the grills is 6.5" but i can make larger fit by mounting from underneath.

please be aware that these are made by hand from raw materials and have at least 12 solid hours of work in each one

to give you an idea of what goes into each one the materials used in each shelf are

600g glass fibre matting
polyester resin
gelcoat
glass fibre tissue
polyester black pigment
andonox catalyst
18mm MDF board
10mm alluminium rod
cyanoacryalate adhesive and catalyst
black acrylic paint
polyurethane adhesive
2 part epoxy flocking adhesive
black epoxy pigment
acetone based thinners
black flock
mid grey flock

do you do them in black too?
i guess some members may want to know the weight too?

yes they can be done in any colour and can also be made to take aftermarket speaker grills instead of OE items, havent weighed it but its about the same as any other R5 audio shelf as its the mass of the MDF that makes it sound good, i could do a lightweight version with just MDF rings to mount the speakers in but that would obviously compromise audio quality, its a case of horses for courses really, if you let me know what is most important to you i can usually tailor it to suit :)

I think they look amazing. It's a bit much for me at the moment unfortunately, but in time and with a bit of saving up I'd love to purchase one!
