RENAULT 5 GTX Front Engine Mount

In need of a front engine mount from the Renault 5 GTX. I've been told that the Diesel Renault 5 one also fits.

Yeah, I'd thought about that. The mount is going on the 172 block, it also fouls the plastic water pipe too. Would prefer to get the genuine. GTX one, but I've heard that they're rare 😔

You can trim it down with angle grinder to give clearance on the plastic coolant outlet it's only needs a couple mm removing. Renault no longer sell the metal engine bracket your best bet would be Mike aka Phase i 16v turbo to see if he has any?

I may have the old enging mount from my old b18ft engine if I can find it you can have it for the cost of postage matey. It's a modified GTT one for the b18ft block which is the same mounting as a F series engine:agree:

Keep top bolt hole drill 2 new holes for the lower bolts and adjust the side with a hammer;)

That's probably my last resort, it's not that far out to be fair. But I'd ideally prefer the actual mount !
