Now that national day/retro show has passed us by i thought its now time to make an official thread for this years big rtoc rolling road event.

I put both venues and dates to separate votes and this is what come on top so here goes

prices will be £30 as long as we get 10 cars or more which lets be honest should be no problem.

there is no need for any deposits etc just turn up and run on the day.

Lol - I love driving - just hate motorways especially in an R5!
Best news this year was FCS being at Castle Combe - there's never anything down this way so always involves long drives and hotels etc but both the ND and this RR day are a hell of a long way away

I can see its obviously kind of central to the UK but long way to go for a power run!

Well depending on how it goes the S3 tfsi powered VX220 conversion will either be there almost finished or finsihed ready to collect :cool:

Maybe time permtting and if not collected before will do a run before leaving to show 380ish angry German horses sound like and give Scoff some more pennies for the cause. Saying that the vx220's are a bit of a pain to strap down so will keep out if its busy

If its not ready keep all your mucky fingers off :cooter:

certainly easy sub 4 second 60 and in the 7 seconds to 100 based on my previous experiance with that level of power in vx220s. I managed 3.6 in my old one with 315bhp and good for very low 1/4 mile if not high 10

will be very responsive and reason for using that engine. High compression and direct fuel injection ftw

should hopefully have it on track and round nurburg next year

will when time allows get a thread up when finished to share
