Fog Lights are they Handed

Tried looking at photos but cannot get clarity on the images. Are fog lights handed as in a left and right. If so how do you tell. Fitted mine to the bumper which is off the car at present but dont want drivers flashing me because they are on the wrong side.

They are universal mate. People will flash you regardless if you use them when its not foggy lol

They are mounted top and bottom tho

The bulb is always at the bottom.
