Afr readings

Around 12.5 at full boost (22psi) around 10 part throttle and around 13 cruising in 5th @ 60mph. It is doing that thing where it seems to run out of fuel and pops and bangs by the time you get to 4th making it tricky to listen for detonation. Your thoughts please ta oh and its running a 130 main jet not sure of the rest of the carb bought it second hand on the understanding that it was a group A carb (it came with a 150! Main jet)

The first thing I'd do is take the carb off and measure all the jets and go from there. There's a good chnace it will be emptying the fuel bowl at that boost.

10 part throttle!!! sounds like a grp A, check the screw in air corrector

Measure the venturi grp a will just be ground out and will be around 27mm. Measure the jets and see what's in there but sounds like you need a slighly smaller main and a smaller a/c or drill out the second stage a bit.
