As part of my restoration I'm going to put new copper brake lines on and may swap the bias valve for a manual one, I also have braided flex lines to fit as well.

Questions I have are:

1. What size copper pipe do I need?
2. What size thread are the unions on the master cylinder and calipers etc?
3. Manual bias set up, does this set up sound ok? Run single line off one master cylinder rear connection, blank off other, to manual bias valve then t off bias valve to rear brakes.

any help and advice greatly received.:)

Their Was a company on eBay selling complete line kits all cut to correct length with ends fitted. About 30 quid I think.

Hi the kit off ebay is fine i bought one and have it fitted as for the size of copper u need 3/16 bore the manuel brake bias i would run both lines from the m/c to a tee then the single line in to the bias and a single line out to another tee then both line out one to each brake . I will have my kit up for sale soon complete with servo new m/c and all new copper lines i am fitting a pedal box and will be doing it all from scratch
