I take it you are talking about the one way valve for the Perc fan which is in the clips on the bulk head. Only other things which are bolts there are the AEI, the bracket for the knock sensor wire and the TDC wire which both go to the AEI.

Yeah it's connected to the perc. Thanks. Is it correct as is or is there a part missing? What's it's purpose? Thanks

There is a pipe which then goes to the boost hose
