Phase 1 C-reg Renault 5 GT Turbo project - Aylesbury - £850

I thought i'd test the water on my Phase 1 project as it is at the moment, I got few bits on at the moment and this car was going to sit back in the spare garage for a while but thought see if someone else wants to finish her off, if not she'll be stored away

Its an early C-reg phase 1, I bought this off my mate few months ago with the intention to turn it back to standard outside but with modded engine
It will be sold as a rolling car without and engine but will have gearbox and shafts in it

The shell is fairly solid, I have had the kit off and found no rot down the drivers side and a a slight patch on the passenger side, for 28yrs that's pretty good
Windscreen surround does have a few patches which could do with being done and a rust patch on the bottom of the passenger door, there are few little bits on the body work that could do with tidying up but on a whole is a fairly presentable shell

I have repaired and painted the phase 1 kit in as close to original grey, the car will come with a phase 2 front bumper painted to match but its not fitted in the picture (couldn't get hold of a phase 1 bumper)
It doesn't have a grill as phase 1 grills are like hen teeth in good condition

I have fitted new Apex -50mm lowering springs on the front and replaced the passenger side top mount, the front has Koni shocks while the back are standard shocks
Braided brake lines are fitted with standard rear discs and drilled front discs, all brakles work fine

The wheels I refurbed myself and have had 4 new 185/65-13 tyres fitted so in good condition

Interior has some phase 2 seats, no pics as they are not fitted but the seats are in fairly good condition. No rips in the material but some bolsters have worn abit under the material
Once get seats in will take few pics

Engine bay will only have the gearbox and shafts sat in there so it can roll around, I did intend to fit a different engine but decided to keep that for something else so keeping all that's in the bay

Now the bonus about this car, it still has MOT on it!
I will check till when but I got it MOT'ed late last year for my mate and it flew through with no advisorires.
Once new engine is fitted and car taxed its ready to go

I would like £850 for it (owes me more) but will see what people offer
