fitting t25 from rover

looking for some advice as to fitting a t25 it seems like it needs a blanking plate ? can i get hold of one and is there any other things i need to ajust ?

Metal plate cut to size, drill three holes, add 3 m6 bolts and some gasket compound and don't look back, just add boost. Great turbo for the 5.

Think you have to have oil return adapter and rotate cold side. I got one but my 5 elbow doesn't seem to fit.
Can you please post a pic for me to compare.
