Pissing me off

Ok so iv re done my crank again as bearings went.. Jus run it up again and bled the water..

Got a hollow kind of noise now.. :( iv done a a vid il upload to photobucket or something so you can listen...

And with the new recon oil pump im only getting just over 1bar on my stack gauge.. ??

Something just doesnt seem right iv got that feeling.. Im never gonna have luck! and with shows coming up dont think il make it if it is another problem.. Starting to have enough of it all :crap: just money and stress!!

Thats what i was thinking.... just wanted someone to say the same.. FFS! Engine out again i take it... doing my head in now! anyone just got a perfect running engine they wanna sell this things had like £700-£800 since christmas

souds like something loose....very hollow type noise!...make sure the flywheel and camsprocket are secure!!

If it is piston slap then leave the engine in. But before doing anything, get someone in the know to have a butchers at it for you, I mean live. Where are you at? The worst thing you can do now, is keep guessing. get some proper help in and you'll soon start to feel better.

Hard to hear it on my phone but I think I can hear what you're on about. Try to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from wether its from the block or the head and roughly what cyl or side etc if its not internal with a mechanics steth or a screwdriver or piece of pipe whatever. If it is piston slap it can all be sorted with engine in.

I think if u disconnect the plug leads(one by one) when its running the noise might lessen or disappear

sorry mate.thats for piston slap....usually doesn't occur in all cylinders!
